Spotted a leak after the last storm? We come out, find it, fix it, and tell you straight whether the rest of the roof has years left or not.

Vinyl & cedar siding

Insulated vinyl, cement board, cedar — we install all of it. Pairs naturally with a roof job, fewer crews on your driveway.

Eaves trough & downspouts

Seamless aluminum eaves cut to your roofline on-site. Leaf guards, downspout extensions, soffit & fascia replacement included.

Attic insulation

Manitoba winters chew through cheap insulation. We blow in R-60 cellulose and tighten up your attic so your furnace stops working overtime.

Storm & emergency response

Tree branch through the roof on a Sunday? Call us. We tarp, we patch, we get back the next morning to do it properly. No after-hours surcharge for existing customers.

Started by Pete Unger in '73. Still owned and run by the family, still Métis-owned. We've roofed houses for the kids of customers we roofed for in the eighties. That's the part no flashy ad agency can fake.

Most residential jobs are 1–3 days. We tarp landscaping, protect AC units, and clean up nails with a magnet at the end. Every day.

Manufacturer warranty on materials (15–50 yr depending on product) plus our 10-year workmanship warranty in writing.

How fast can you get out for an emergency leak?
For active leaks we try to be on site within 24 hours, often same day in Winnipeg. We'll tarp it temporarily for free if a permanent repair has to wait a few days for weather.
Do you do financing?
Yes — we work with FinanceIt and CWB Maxium for 0% promotional terms on full re-roof projects. We don't add a "financing surcharge" to your quote.
What materials do you install?
Asphalt shingle (IKO, BP, GAF), standing-seam metal, EPDM and TPO flat-roof systems, cedar shake. We're certified installers on all of them, which is what makes the manufacturer warranties valid.
How long is the warranty?
Manufacturer warranty on materials (15–50 years depending on product). We add a 10-year workmanship warranty in writing. If our work fails, we fix it on our dime.
Do you do insurance claim work?
All the time. Hail, wind, ice damming — we'll meet your adjuster on the roof and document everything they need. We bill the insurer direct in most cases.
Do you only work in Winnipeg?
Anywhere in Manitoba. Most weeks we have crews in Steinbach, Selkirk, Portage, Brandon, and around the lakes.
